Women in Corporate Consulting Africa Advances Youth Development Through Next-Gen Consulting Training
Women in Corporate Consulting Africa has trained about 105 young Nigerians (35 beneficiaries each in 3 different training centres) in its first cohort of the Next-Gen Consult Project programme, equipping participants with practical skills to pursue careers in the consulting industry.
The intensive training, took place in Abuja Nigeria, in late July, 2026, focused on General Consulting, Business Advisory and Strategy, Proposal Writing and Pitching, Communication and Presentation Skills, Data Analysis and Problem Solving, as well as Consulting Ethics and Client Management.

WICA provides a collaborative forum for Corporate Consultants to connect and share experiences and best practices with like-minded professionals.
Women in Corporate Consulting Africa aims to guide and empower women to excel in consulting in any professional industry, by educating students who share a common interest in consulting, regardless of their degree. We provide high quality and relevant upskilling workshops, seminars and networking events for the students, and present opportunities for the personal and professional development of transferable skills, to empower women and level the field.
